About Our Training

What sets us apart is our focus on female footballers and the demands of the modern game. Every session is built around real performance needs -  speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention, delivered in a supportive, professional environment. With small group or 1-1 coaching, players get the attention they need to grow in confidence, develop physically, and carry that edge onto the pitch. This isn’t generic fitness, it’s purposeful training, built for football.

We provide specialist strength and conditioning training designed specifically for female footballers. Our sessions focus on building the physical qualities that matter most in the modern game - speed, strength, power, agility, and injury prevention. Whether you're just starting out or playing at a high level, our training helps you perform better and stay game-ready all season.

We work with players of all ages, from young grassroots footballers to senior-level athletes. For younger players, we focus on building good movement habits, coordination, and confidence. As players progress, we introduce more advanced training to develop physical strength, conditioning, and explosiveness tailored to their stage of development.

Our goal is simple: to support female players with the tools, knowledge, and training they need to thrive, both now and in the future.
